After tons of the typically Southern parade of Easter food this afternoon, the family was wanting something other than ham, potato salad, and turnip greens. So we loaded up and headed to Red Bowl, mmm!!! Xan just HAD TO HAVE the kid-friendly chopsticks made-for-dummies. If you have never used chopsticks, have your ethnic waiter/ress hand assemble a pair of chopsticks with precision-like placements of rubberbands. This allows even the most clumsiest of Americans to try their hand at the ancient art of chop-suey via chopsticks....Xan turned out to be a pro, just look!! And I even have leftovers for tomorrow, yippee!! No frozen chosen Lean Cuisine for me.
